When I ordered this decal I knew it was going to take a while to get delivered, about three weeks, straight from China. Received in a thin square box, instead of being a nice rolled up project, it looked like a preschooler rolled it and shoved it in the box. Creases all over and the decals are more then half are separated from the backing, no way after all that time and summer heat is it going to stick or last on my trailer. Have spent the last three days with customer service going back and forth trying to get a replacement or a refund. It’s taken this long so far because of the time difference in China. They want me to install it then take photos where it’s defective then decide if they want to send me a new one. Help me understand the logic here. I received it jacked up, do the right thing and replace. As for future purchases, buyer beware of what you are buying.
