  • When will I receive my order?
Most of our products are processed within 3 – 5 business days. About the shipping time frame, please look at here.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
We will offer free shipping for your order over $100.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
Worldwide Shipping Available: In GeckoCustom, we ships products to over 100 countries worldwide. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on your country, region or type of products.
  • Can I custom products with my own photos?
There are many items which you can upload your own photo on our websites. Please feel free to email at help@geckocustom.com, our customer service team will give a detail solutions.
  • What can I do if my card is declined and I cannot finish the check out?
First of all, make sure the information on your card is correct. Then, please try to place the order again using the Paypal. You can find the instruction for payment on Paypal card here. Please read carefully and follow the steps.
  • How do I change or cancel my orders?

Please contact our support team within 4 hours since your order is placed to make a request in cancellation/exchange the item or change/update your order information.
After this timeframe, any request relates to cancellation or exchanges won’t be accepted and the item will be processed as normal.

If you want to change the information on your order (ex. shipping address) kindly send us an email at help@geckocustom.com with email title: "Need to change my order - [Your order number]".

Please be reminded that we can only edit or make changes on your order within 4 hours from purchase. After that, your order is locked for processing and we can no longer make changes to it. It is very important that the customer should double check all the information before check-out.
