I love how this gown came out. I like how Gecko Custom asked if anything needed to be changed before making the product. I had them add more pictures of my niece, and they responded lightning-fast. Overall, the gown turned out really nice, and my mom loved it! The material was soft and nice, and it was definitely a memorable gift.

Bought this as a gift for my wife. Happy with the end product--she said, "It's heavier than I expected. I like it!" That's good. And the ordering process was also good. Very easy to upload the photograph and place the order. What I didn't expect (and what was never said at any time in the order process) was that the item was printed and shipped in England. That meant it took at least two weeks longer than I expected to receive the order. Plus, the tracking number provided was a UK number. That provided very limited information on shipping status. So, a plus for the item itself and the ordering process, but a big minus for printing and shipping.
