My order was delivered to the wrong address I have proof by photo. The delivery service sent a photo of the door it was delivered to and the package showing it was the wrong address. It was 5 pairs of socks $110. I have emailed this company multiple times. It has been a fight! When I as the customer have done nothing wrong! I have purchased many orders the past 3 years! I will no longer be using your company and I will be letting all my friends and family know so they also do not use your company! I am very upset about this situation!! In the past I was always happy and a returning customer! No longer!! Horrible customer service!! I will be reporting it as well!
I ordered this oil painting pet blanket as a Christmas gift. The photo I submitted was used, yes, but the photo was not made into an oil painting AS ADVERTISED. I requested a replacement from customer service, since they do not offer refunds on their customized products, and was denied a replacement since they used the photo I sent.
I am so disappointed that I wasted my money on this website when I could have gotten a great gift elsewhere. If you’re looking for an “oil painting” of your pet, don’t order this.
