The picture is nice but the frame arrived broken and the “gift box” is not what is pictured. It didn’t even protect the frame. Also, nothing on the packaging said fragile.
If I get a new one before Mother’s Day I may change my review but I have not heard from anyone yet…
Very poor quality and worse customer service. Falling apart after only a week outside.
I will start by saying that I am very disappointed in this product. The first puzzle I ordered had my granddaughter's name spelled wrong. The replacement puzzle had the Mom bear larger in size than the Dad bear. Luckily the new cubs fit into the first Mom and Dad bears. So it took two of your wrongs for me to make one correct item.
Look at this quality, and they would not give me a refund. This print was on their end not my photo. The pri t us messed up at the bottom.

I bought 1 flag and loved the look and thought they felt like good quality material so I bought 2 more for my children’s homes back in Feb 2026
We waited till spring to put up.
We hung ours up on the flag pole and it looked great.
After only being up 2 weeks the material around the ring ripped and we took it down.
I contacted theGecko Customer teams to see if they would send me a replacement for no cost(since we did buy 3 already from them) but the only said they would send me one if I paid for the Shipping $20.
I told them that I already paid for 3 that I thought they should send me one at no cost but they refused .
So we are disappointed totally.
Received the shirt....didn't look like the advertisement and was pink. Asked for help in replacing, and got the run around. Super disappointed

The frame was delivered broken and I reached out for a refund or discount and have not heard back. The picture is nice but definitely not worth $40.00. The frame probably broke because it was extremely cheap, made out of cardboard. This was a gift for my daughter and I am very disappointed. I'm not sure if I could order from this business again, if they do not rectify my concern.
The pictures we chose were perfect and the pendant is so beautiful. It is a perfect fit for my daughter from her daughter (my granddaughter) to show how much she is loved and appreciated.
