I placed my order for a pair of socks Nov 28 and received them January 6. The tracking showed that the shipping process started Dec 10. It seemed they were in customs for a week and then spent another week+ in Chicago on their way to Michigan. The socks seem of good quality, however the printing left something to be desired. There are some areas where the graphics overlap, as if it is three different patterns with different scales were overlaid (pet photo, paw graphic and name). Still a fun item, but if ordering for a Christmas gift, I would allow at least 6 weeks or pay extra for more reliable shipping.

The socks themselves have more of a silky, dress sock feel & are not like traditional socks. The photo printed looks nice, but does not line up on the sides. They just do the print on the front and back and don’t take the sides into consideration. They’re fine for novelty, not for functionality. If I decide to do custom socks again in the future, I’ll probably look into ordering from a different company.

I was amazed by the great quality and graphics on the two pairs of socks I purchased for my kids. Our dogs picture turned out great. No will definitely be purchasing from here again.
